Rotary Club of Biratnagar Downtown’s first ever virtual fund raiser was organised on 17th September in a small way with a three fold objective of women empowerment by providing them a platform to showcase their talent and earn, to raise fund for the service projects like Feed the hungry & Mask crusaders and to bring in mental peace through fellowship as laughter could be the best stress busting therapy during these difficult COVID times.
A show with an attendance of 230 people was sponsored by General Plastic industries and coordinated by Rtn. Girija Sarda.
The program had cosmopolitan audiences from around the world likewise of Rotarians and Friends of Rotary from America, Australia, India, United Kingdom and Nepal.
