On 4th Feb 2020, Ground Breaking Ceremony of Shree Chandeshwori Basic School Re-Construction Project. This is the part of Global Grant GG1978144. Chairperson of Earthquake Relief, Rehabilitation & Reconstruction Project (ERRRP) PDG Rtn.Tirthaman Shakya conducted the ground breaking ceremony. Project includes 5 rooms school building (3 & 2 rooms separately) , Disability Friendly Toilet, Library, Science Lab, Computer Lab, Furnitures, teacher training etc. This project is supported by RC Dhulikhel, RC Arlington-USA, RC Hurst-Euless-Bedford-USA, District 5790, District 7475 , RC Branchburg Township & ERRRP.
This is first global grant for school construction in RID3292.District 3292 & ERRP treasurer Rtn.Kumud Tripathi, District Education Development & Coordination Committee Chair Mr.Netra Neupane, Ward Chairperson of Sunkoshi-5 Mr.Laxmi TImilsina, Past President Rtn.Ashok Shrestha, Past President Rtn.Ranjeev Shrestha, President Elelct Rtn.Sushil Byanju Shrestha, Club Administration Chair Rtn.Damodhar Adhikari, Rotaract President Rtr.Avishek Shrestha etc were present during ceremony.
Most of the students of this school are from low income background family and many students even don’t have proper uniform.
