11th Interact District Installation was conducted in Durbar Banquet, Kalimati, Kathmandu to celebrate the instalment of District Interact Representative Itr. Bipin Subedi and to commend the tenure of Immediate Past District Interact Representative Itr. Himal Acharya. It started from 1:25PM with the starting of ceremony with the chairing of Chief Guest DG Rtn. Jitendra B. Rajbhandari, Special Guest DICC Rtn. Arjun Shrestha, Guest District Secretary Rtn. Amit Giri, IPDIR Itr. Himal Acharya and DIR Itr. Bipin Subedi. Which was later followed by the national anthem, rotary song and silence invocation for 15 sec. The ceremony was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Guest of Honour, Special Guest and DIR with lightning of panas.
The welcome speech for the speech was given by District Secretary Itr. Aarushka Kattel. For the DIR Installation, it kick started with the introduction video of District Interact Representative Itr. Bipin Subedi. After that Immediate Past District Interact Representative Itr. Himal Acharya passed Collar, Gavel, Gong to District Interact Representative Itr. Bipin Subedi through the SAA of Rotary Year 2021-22 to Rotary Year 2022-23. Later the flag exchange of the home club of IPDIR & DIR i.e; Interact Club of Canon & Interact Club of Prativa Pokhara Fishtail.
After the flag exchange the Chief Guest of the event; District Governor, gave an oath to the District Interact Representative. Following that was the acceptance speech, board introduction and board oath for the District Officials. Later Immediate Past District Interact Representative gave his remarks on his tenure and recognized his board with the “letter of recognition” for each official. Following that was the 3rd Directory Release of Interact District 3292 signed by all the guests, IPDIR & DIR.
Thereafter Itr. Birendra Yadav (District Information and Communication Technology Committee Head) presented the District Website and recognized his team for their hard work in the modification of the website.
There were remarks from special guest ARRFC and PDG Rtn. Sanjay Giri, guest of honour DICC Rtn. Arjun Shrestha and Chief guest DG Rtn. Jitendra B. Rajbhandary. After their remarks District Interact Representative Itr. Bipin Subedi provided them and other guests with a token of love as a memento for witnessing and blessing the 11th Interact District Installation.
Afterwards there was a toast proposal by District Interact Representative and Immediate Past District Interact Representative. The event coordinator took the stage to give his vote of thanks to each and everyone who made the event possible and left his remarks. The 222nd meeting of Interact District 3292 was adjourned by the newly appointed District Interact Representative and food was served after the meeting was over.
